Insulation Before & After in Riverside, CA
Photos tell the truth faster than any sales pitch. That’s why we document our attic and spray foam work throughout Riverside. You’ll see what actual Riverside homes look like before insulation, and what they look like after our crew finishes. Old fiberglass mats, bare attic floors, gaping soffit seams, and then the clean, even coverage that makes a house hold its temperature. The difference is measurable, and it shows.
Recent Transformations
Spray Foam Insulation in a 1970s Woodside Home

The attic in this Woodside ranch had original batt insulation that settled to about R-11. Air leaked around can lights and plumbing penetrations constantly. We removed the old material and applied open-cell spray foam to the roofline deck. Result: an unvented attic that stays within ten degrees of the living space, and a July cooling bill that dropped noticeably.
Attic Insulation Top-Up in Canyon Crest

This Canyon Crest two-story had blown-in insulation from the early 2000s that was uneven, with bare spots over the garage and master bedroom. We air-sealed the top plates and added fresh blown-in fiberglass to a consistent R-38 across the entire attic floor. The upstairs bedrooms finally held temperature overnight, and the homeowner stopped hearing the AC cycle every twelve minutes.
Spray Foam in a Mission Grove Bonus Room

A bonus room over the garage is the hardest room to keep comfortable in Riverside summers. This Mission Grove room had fiberglass batts stuffed into sloped ceilings with no air barrier. We removed it and applied closed-cell spray foam. The room now runs about six degrees warmer in winter and eight degrees cooler in summer, and the homeowner uses it as a home office year-round.
Batt Replacement in an Orangecrest Attic

Rodents had gotten into this Orangecrest attic and left the old batts matted and contaminated. We removed every bit of it, sanitized the attic floor, and installed fresh Owens Corning batts to R-30, plus air-sealed the eaves. The dust and odor issues in the home went away, and the attic inspection report came back clean for the first time in years.
Underfloor Insulation in a La Sierra Raised Foundation

This La Sierra house sat on a raised foundation with zero insulation between the floor joists. Cold floors in winter, warm floors in summer, and a steady draft up through the registers. We installed R-19 faced batts between the joists and sealed the rim joists. The whole house felt less drafty within a week, and the heating system ran far less often.
